This policy describes cancellation and refund handling for AxenHub educational access and packages.
1. Definitions
“Services” refers to educational access to lessons, templates, and learning materials, as well as optional team learning packages. “Digital services” refers to online access that may begin immediately upon activation.
2. General approach
Refund eligibility depends on the type of purchase, whether access has started, and whether scheduled services (such as workshops) have been delivered. We handle requests case-by-case, aiming for clear communication and consistent application of this policy.
3. Subscriptions / recurring access
- You may cancel future renewals at any time by contacting us.
- Cancellation typically stops the next renewal; access may continue until the end of the already-paid period, depending on plan terms.
- If you believe you were charged in error, contact us promptly with details.
4. One-time packages (team learning, workshops)
For fixed-scope packages, refund consideration may depend on:
- Whether work has started (planning, preparation, syllabus customization).
- Whether sessions have been delivered or scheduled within a short timeframe.
- Whether materials have been delivered for internal use.
If a package includes scheduled sessions, cancellation close to the scheduled date may limit the refundable portion, because preparation and allocation of time may have already occurred.
5. Digital services considerations
If you receive immediate access to digital materials, there may be limitations on refunds once access is activated. This reflects the nature of digital delivery where content becomes available instantly.
6. How to request a refund
To request a refund, send an email to hello@axenhub.digital with:
- Subject line: “Refund request”
- Your name and the email used for purchase or inquiry
- Date of purchase and plan/package name (if known)
- Reason for the request (optional, helps us improve)
7. Processing timeframe
We aim to respond to refund requests within a reasonable timeframe. If approved, refund processing time can vary depending on payment method and provider processing cycles.
8. Chargebacks and disputes
If you believe a transaction is unauthorized, contact us first to help resolve the issue. If you initiate a chargeback, we may request supporting details to investigate. We reserve the right to restrict access in cases of suspected fraud.
